    **Rate is based on a party of six (6). Each additional person, add $200 per week.

    Fall/Winter Monthly Rental: $500 per month. Nine (9) month agreement. Renter is responsible for all utilities and snow removal.
  • A $250 Deposit Is Required. Balance due four weeks prior to arrival date.
    Weekly Rentals Run Saturday to Saturday except for Memorial Day Holiday, Labor Day Holiday and Hunting Season.
