Beach Right of Way Please note that the Cottage is on one of many Indian Point beaches. Indian Point is a land association which means owners and renters all have access to the beaches, the bay , the woods walking paths and the promontory rocks. We, the owners of the Cottage, stay in a house 100 yards up the hill from the Cottage and our access to the beach is by a right of way path going across the yard of the Cottage and down a set of stairs in front of the Cottage. We also keep our beach chairs and kayaks on the beach in front of the cottage. If you would like to bring a kayak or other beach 'toys', we can arrange for them to be kept on the beach also.
