Policies: We do not rent to Spring Breakers. No pets. Property is located on fourth floor, accessible by stairs only. Smoking allowed outdoors only.

Deposits: There is $200 deposit due to hold reservation, the rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If arrival date is less than 30 days from booking date, full amount is due . We accept money orders and checks.

Refunds: Bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival date forfeit the $200 deposit. Bookings cancelled due to Hurricane alert receive full refund ( including deposit ). There are no refunds for no-shows or early check-outs. All refunds are processed once checks have cleared with bank.
