Terrazza Bella opens onto a large, open terrace with pretty views of hills, unusual in the historical centre of Spoleto. A glamorous, light and airy apartment with very large sitting/dining room and fully fitted kitchen – inc microwave, dish-washer etc/2 double bedrooms (with adjoining balconies)/bathroom with big tub/shower. This luxury apartment is in the middle of an important and significant 14C Roman building, the Rocca dei Perugini, that has been gutted and completely restored. It was originally built as the strong-hold of Perugia to watch over the citizens of Spoleto, whom the Perugians had just conquered! The entrance to the apartments is through a wide Roman stone passage with a luxury all glass business centre on the left and in-built small glass alcoves displaying small luxury items on the right. A few metres along this passage is a lift and stairs, which take you up through the centre of the building. Staying here you will experience luxury interlaced with antiquity.

We provide for free all utilities...down to the last detail, including unlimited hot water/And, we give you a generous Welcome Pack...wine, fruit, pasta, olive oil, bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereal, salad etc so that our guests can relax immediately on arrival and think about 'the big shop' the next day/Fly to Rome or Ancona then take the train to Spoleto on the Ancona line. Or you can fly to Perugia/Cheap flights with Ryan Air/Car hire either from airport - we will send you directions/Or, if you take the train to Spoleto, then Avis will deliver a car to Spoleto station for you or send a free taxi to collect you.

There are several beautiful, communal pools in the area, including an Olympic sized pool that is about 20 mins door-to-door by public transport. All of them have picnic areas, a bar and the usual facilities. A car isn't necessary to stay here - the station is a 10 mins stroll along a wide flat boulevard road. There is SKY/SAT TV with Eng speaking film/news/doc channels/wide range of videos, DVDs, CDs and some books - to suit all tastes. Also, there are games available for children. Internet access, long distance, cheap rate phone calls + fax facilities can be found opposite the apartment in a stylish internet point. There is Broadband/WiFi access in the apartment but no computer. You can use your own lap-top with this system, provided you know how to configure your computer accordingly. We can supply you with a mobile phone where you pay local rates via a card system - for a refundable deposit of 100 Euros. There is a private tennis club nearby that welcomes day guests.
