  • Our 'almost ocean front' property is $50-75 dollars cheaper, per night, than ocean front units and in many cases it's a much nicer unit overall. It's 60 steps to the ocean and you can see and hear the water from the unit. We can't claim to be ocean front but we're much better than just ocean view. References available upon request. Aloha!

  • Everything is brand new: cabinetry, paint, showers, tile floors, wall and paint. Bright, clean and fresh for the comfort of all guests in residence.

  • Enjoy the sound of the nearby waves and the cool breeze through the windows while sleeping in superbly outfitted and comfortable new beds. Master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet, five drawer dresser and four drawer vanity/desk. Also, enjoy the TV, DVD player, alarm clock/radio. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a six drawer dresser/vanity for that extra space to hang out or so you can bring along the children or another couple. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan, pedestal fans and we even have an AC unit upstairs that is available at an additional charge (+$15/day). Everything is brand new and ensures comfort.

Basic supplies provided (laundry, dish washing detergent, dish soap, initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, fresh sponge). Everything is brand new and sparkling! Our guests have been amazed at the wonderful location, amenities, attention to detail and the awesome prices because they are so low for such fabulous accommodations. Also, we have purchased a mobile A/C unit to ensure our guests have the option of cool air in the late summer or early fall months. While it's typically not needed you may request to use it. Please note - electricity in Hawaii is extremely expensive so there is an additional fee of $15 per day for A/C equipment usage.

Places to Go There are so many things to enjoy on the Big Island. Aside from just relaxing in the condo, by the pool, on the lanai, near the oceanfront, on the beach you can swim, sight see, shop and explore to your hearts content. We've provided the best of Big Island tour books that will guide you all over the island and lead you directly to everything it's possible to see. We'd typically start our mornings with breakfast and snorkeling at the nearby Kahuluu' Park. It's beautiful, warm, has lifeguards, bathrooms, vendors for food and water play type equipment and More Importantly the easiest access we've found in all of Hawaii to Fantastic snorkeling with tons of tropical fish and green sea turtles.
