Terrace: The large covered, stone patio (40m²) has a magnificent bar for informal breakfasts and lunches or for a rejuvenating cocktail at the end of the day. In the center is a large wooden/stone table that accommodates 8-10 diners. A unique, round barbecue grill, covered with the typical Costa Rican 'rancho' with wooden benches for visitors to sit and oversee the chef is located in the gardens just off of the patio. Pool (available after January 1, 2007): A beautiful 30 sq. meter swimming pool stretching to the ocean is located directly off the 1st floor terrace. The property also includes parking for up to 4 cars and a newly installed basketball court/hoop.
