We love families, our cabin is very kid friendly, we do allow pets on a per case scenario, Please call with questions. We try to fully stock our cabin so that all you have to bring is yourself and your clothes. The cabin also contains numerous books, menus, activity info, maps on things to do in the area. We want you to relax and enjoy yourself, if there is something specific you need we will do our best to accommodate you. Need a personal chef to come cook you a gourmet meal, we know one!

Guest Comments Our vacation in the Alta Vista Cabin was everything we hoped it would be. There cannot possibly be a better view in the whole area. There cannot possibly be a better view in the whole area. The cabin is perfect--spacious 2, decks, hot tub, clean and tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is easy to find, yet has that secluded feeling. The many hiking trails and antique stores nearby were exactly what we wanted. We will definitely return and have recommended it to all our friends and coworkers.!! guest comments Dear Dan, Laurie and Sarah, Thanks for a great week up in your cabin. the kids loved the hot tub and running around in the woods. We managed to get a couple of days in Skiing in maggie valley, not too far away J and P Laurie Dan and Sarah , Thanks alot for letting us stay in your beautiful mountain cabin. Our stay was short but sweet. Probably the most peaceful place we have ever been. You almost have to give yourself a pinch to make sure your not in a dream. T and L Port St. lucie Dan and Laurie,very cool, just the getaway from Florida I was looking for. The cabin was astounding, clean, neat, and what a view! I arrived at night so what a great surprise the next morning, you should make a postcard! I now have the pleasure of heading to 'up the creek' cabin , I definitely will be back!
