Lake Dunmore house Rental Property Information
The Kingsley Mill Manor - This mill owners house was built in the late 1800's. Foundations of several mills are scattered on the property along with the only original mill still standing in Salisbury. Total privacy is yours while vacationing in a wonderland regardless of the season in this historic miller's estate. Just beyond the back yard flows a river with a private swimming hole, just downstream from a waterfall that can be viewed from the back deck. Music from the falls bathes the house. Hiking, biking, and cross country skiing trails start at the back door. You can snowmobile from the house to the V.A.S.T. network of snow machine trails that cover the entire state. Lake Dunmore is less than 2 miles, three alpine ski areas are less than an hour away, and Middlebury College is less than 10 miles from the house. We have mountain views, a back yard fire pit, and a screened in private porch with a large propane grill. Well behaved pets are welcome.

Built over 175 years ago, you can witness the only standing mill in Salisbury and enjoy the multiple trails to other sites along the natural waterways. One of our trails now includes a footbridge over the falls to a private island for your fun and adventure.
Love to swim, suits optional. With no visible neighbors bask in the sun on your private swimming hole banks. Adult supervision required for children. Sit under the falls in a natural whirlpool and relax your worries away. A paradise for all ages.
Winter Wonderland Cross country ski in and out totally free from the comfort of your very own vacation rental. Snowmobilers' heaven. Access the VAST trail without leaving your yard. Ice fishermen make use of private trail to Lake Dunmore. Ice skating in the wild or at the rink just minutes away.
Skiing Information: Downhill skiers choose from Killington, Sugar Bush or Middlebury Snowbowl all under an hour away.
Golf Information: The Neshobe Country Club is less than 10 minutes away as are other courses in the area.
