Quiet, private self-contained apartment nestled in the side of a hill , attached to a house situated on a large lot overlooking a natural beach at the South tip of St.Vincent.; you are 3 minutes away from the beach, with excellent swimming and surfing. It has a kitchenette, all equipped with fridge and gas stove, dishes, pots and utensils, toaster, a large living and eating area ; there is a queen size bed in the sleeping area; the large bathroom has a shower, towels are provided ;you can feel the breeze and relax on 2 balconies with a great open view; ventilation with fan and louver windows, artistically designed security bars. and mosquito screens. Laundry and maid service available on demand.

The house is located at the South tip of the island, where the Caribbean sea & the Atlantic Ocean meet. The property is in a beautiful natural location close to the ocean; its main attractions are tranquility and walking access to the beach. We are located on the Windward side of the island. St. Vincent has very scenic drives both on the Windward and Leeward seasides. On the Windward side,climbing the Soufriere offers a good challenge for hikers. Kingstown is the capital, always very busy, 20 minutes away, where the Botanical Gardens and Fort Charlotte are worth visiting. Week-ends are party time and there is plenty of soccer and reggae to dance on plus tasty barbeques available. Nine Mornings is unique to St.Vincent and happens 9 days before Christmas. Festivals like Blues Fest is a yearly well attended event at the end of January. Vincy Carnival, a major Caribbean highlight, takes place at the end of June, Jouvert and Mardi Gras being July 9 &10 & this year.

It is; still undiscovered and a lot less commercial than other neighbouring islands and it has beauty and natural charm. It is relatively economical and allows an affordable holiday; the small size of the island makes it easy to go for one day trips to falls, drives along the sea, etc. The Grenadines next door with their turquoise waters can be visited also by ferry for day trips, like Bequia, and have lovely beaches. Artists get 15% discount ! .Owner/artist Cécile Comblen welcomes groups up to 4 people for one week and can organize art tuition & scenic art trips if so desired .Colors are wonderful in St.Vincent & the Grenadines ; it is a very inspiring place .
