The airy single-level house has a colorful great room with sliding doors to a large sun-drenched deck, 3 cozy bedrooms (sleeps 6 comfortably in one queen bed and 4 twin beds), a full bath, spacious 3 season porch, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and privacy fence. Full use of tennis courts (2 all weather, 2 clay), tennis backboard, basketball court, kids' (both young and old) playground, and boat launching ramp. Wonderful area for walking, jogging and biking. Great sailing and fishing from the property. All of this nestled in Scraggy Neck, a gated homeowners community. Guests describe this as 'a little slice of heaven.'

Also close to ferries to both Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, as well as whale watching cruises and deep sea fishing.
