The sparkling emerald waters & sugar white sand are only footsteps away. This unit is on the 6th floor & has 3 BR, 2 BA & sleeps 8, features 1,266 sq. ft., 9 ft. ceilings & newly tiled flooring. We have newly renovated from top to bottom. The living area has a full view of the beach & gulf, queen sleeper sofa, TV w/ DVD & stereo. The dining area has a full size dining table with 6 chairs. There's a fully equipped kitchen & convenient bar area with 2 bar stools and full size washer & dryer. The master suite features great views, king bed, TV & phone with a private bath & access to balcony. The 2nd & 3rd BR both feature queen size beds, TVs & VCRs. The huge, private gulf front balcony has a table & chairs for 4 and 2 chaise lounges and is perfect for enjoying your Gulf Front views!
