Derby cabin Rental Property Information

This unique cabin is primitive, but very comfortable, peaceful and private. Propane appliances (refrigerator, lights, stove, water heater) provide all the basic amenities. We own the surrounding 215 acres and Vermont's North East Kingdom provides endless outdoor recreational opportunities. Great wildlife viewing (beaver, moose, waterfowl, song birds, deer). Fishing on the pond is excellent for small catfish, and Lake Memphremagog and good trout streams are nearby. Newport is only a 10 minute drive away for shopping, restaurants, entertainment. No shower, but the bathroom has a tub so you can enjoy a hot bath with a view of the pond. Please contact us for more information and photos. We have no cleaning service so guests are asked to clean the cabin when they leave.
