Isla Mujeres villa Rental Property Information

This newly decorated villa situated in its own spacious, tropical garden is perfect for family groups, friends or business groups. The tranquil idyllic setting makes for a wonderful, peaceful get away. The sunset viewing is a surreal experience from the terrace, balcony, or private beach side palapa located on your own beach. The main house consists of a kitchen, bedroom, full bath, breakfast room, sun room/dining room, and living area. The first house you see is called the Casita and has a small kitchen and dining area and 1 bedroom downstairs and another bedroom with bath upstairs. The beach front house(also known as the honeymoon suite) has 2 bedrooms- 1 up and one down with double sink bathroom downstairs (washer and dryer located in this room) All bedrooms are air conditioned. This is a perfect house for being together, but also getting some privacy if needed.

  • There is maid service available for $25/half day. Talk to house managers who will meet you at house upon arrival or e-mail us with request.
  • A 50% deposit is required to hold reservation at time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 2 months (60 days) prior to arrival date. Deposit can be retrieved within 4 months (120 days) prior to arrival date, less a 50% charge for cancellation if you do not fulfill your reservation. Cancellations within or less than 4 months (120 days) prior to arrival will forfeit deposit in full.

    Due to the high volume of inquiries during peak travel season, we had had to change our refund policy DURING THESE DATES ONLY. No refunds available for cancellation of reservation within the following dates.

Internet cafes all through downtown- taxis go buy house all the time, just flag one down. Golf carts are available to rent all over island-island 5 miles long and half mi. wide- Several grocery stores (main one downtown takes credit card)and 7-11s all over island. Ferry(Gran Puerto) to cross bay to island $3.50 per person. Transfer from airport to Gran Puerto about $40 per cab. Check online for other pickup arrangements. ATM machine at bank in dowtown- open late- gives money in pesos. Beach club available 2 doors down- great food and drinks. We can use their facilities. Casa Rolands Hotel on our street- great food and service . Pizza Rolandis downtown==our favorite.
