Hyannis - Hyannisport house Rental Property Information

We are very excited to welcome you, your family and friends into our home. If you have any well-behaved four-legged family members, they are welcome as well. Our home is located in the quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from Craigville beach. The home includes 3 bright bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twins), 2 bath (master bedroom has it is own bathroom), large living room, kitchen, dining room, beautiful sun-room and a patio. Big back yard is completely fenced-in to provide maximum privacy. We will provide a high quality bed linens and towels as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. For your convenience hair dryers, iron and ironing board are provided. You also do not need to worry about toilet paper and paper towels. We also provide a free beach pass that is good for parking at any beaches in Barnstable area.

We will provide you with a free beach-parking pass that will allow you to park your car at all of the Town of Barnstable Beaches. That includes amazing Sandy Neck beach with a lighthouse, 9,000-acre preserve with dunes, bird life, marshes, and shellfish (but a bit of a drive at 10 miles). Covell Beach, Keys Beach, Veterans Beach, Kalmus Beach (great for wind surfing) are all less than 2 miles from our home. The rental period is Saturday to Saturday during high season, shorter and longer rentals possible November - April. Pets are allowed at an additional charge.
