- Cleaning fee: $100/stay, excessive cleaning will be charged at additional $20.00/hr rate. Extra maid service available with the guest's request.

Booking deposits: $300 or 1/3 of total, balance due 10 days before arrival. - Booking deposits are refundable less a $50 handling fee up to 50 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
