This property is in a very nice neighborhood. Tres Palmas marine reserve is just steps away. A private access gate leads to the beach. The beachfront lot to the left of the house is vacant so there is a view of the beach from the front of the house. Off street parking for 2 cars. Tropical landscaping surrounding the grounds.
