Enjoy views and 4-minute walks to the beach from this newly-renovated Cape Cod gem. This new rental sits across from 8 acres of bog, and amid conservation and wildlife wetlands. No need to drive to the beach. Instead, you'll stroll back and forth, pulling the kids in the wagon, over the footbridge. Ridgevale Beach boasts some of the clearest, warmest, sandiest waters on the Cape. Its quiet cove, sandbars, and tide pools are where young children learn to swim while its Nantucket Sound waters are where older kids and adults enjoy sailing, windsurfing, and snorkeling. This comfortable and clean 2-bedroom cottage sleeps six. Enjoy sunset barbecues, lobsters, and cocktails with family and friends on the new back deck. Or head into the quaint seaside village for world-class dining and shopping on Main Street, a summer band concert, or a Chatham A's baseball game. As new owners, we have proudly completed extensive renovations of our home.

Chatham, the quintessential and historic Cape Cod town, boasts one of the country's most beautiful Main Streets. Shoppers stroll past family-owned shops, boutiques and restaurants. Located at the Cape's 'elbow', Chatham is the only Cape town with both Atlantic Ocean and Nantucket Sound beaches. Summer visitors and locals congregate at the gazebo for Friday night band concerts. Purist sports fans enjoy NCAA-level baseball games at Veteran's Field. The Chatham A's, and the famous 120-year old Cape Cod wooden bat league, have sent dozens of players to the major leagues. Chatham is a classic fishing village. An early afternoon stop to the visitor's balcony at the Fish Pier on Shore Road provides unique photo opportunities of the returning commercial fleet. Nature lovers will appreciate the miles of hiking and biking trails in town. Monomoy Wildlife Sanctuary is a mecca for bird enthusiasts. And there are at least five museums in town for those occasional non-beach days.

One of our best getaways to the Cape ever. -- Beautiful house with great surroundings...local food was fantastic...definitely a great place...it was very clean and comfortable...great choice for our honeymoon, would definitely come again . . . -- We had such a nice time on our vacation that I didn't want to go home. I still wish I was there. Another week would have been perfect! The location of your home is ideal--close to town, but even closer to the beach. We were at the beach usually twice a day. If we forgot something, it was no trouble to head back. Our girls loved the boogie boards! -- You have a very lovely home and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was an excellent vacation--no worries, no plans, great food, simple fun. Thank you, again, for sharing your home w/us.

He had a trip to the beach everyday... Being so close to Ridgevale beach (a wonderful family and child friendly beach) was definitely a bonus. Chatham itself is very quaint... Marion's Pie Shop, conveniently located at the top of the hill, is certainly worth a visit ... We found Cape Cod both picturesque and friendly and would definitely consider coming back again.
