| Notes: | Our penthouse condo comes equipped with a complete kitchen including all dinnerware, pots, pans, etc. Each bedroom comes with two sets of sheets and one blanket. A total of two towels and one hand towels are provided for each registered guest. More towels are available upon request, within reason. There is air conditioning in the three bedrooms (central a/c via mini split system). Our condo has cable television with English speaking channels, wireless internet access and a washer & dryer. |

Condo Layout & Size The floor plan consists of approximately 2000 square feet of exquisitely decorated living areas, including approximately 80 linear feet of direct ocean front views from the living room, dining room, and two of the bedrooms. The apartment has a foyer, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a sitting room, three bedrooms plus maid’s quarters, 2 full bathrooms plus maid’s bathroom, and 2 separate service entrances in addition to the main entrance. The flooring is mostly rose onyx and Brazilian mahogany. Much of the furnishings are crafted of solid Brazilian imbuia wood.
Amenities Additional amenities include free of charge washer & dryer, a VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone with free International incoming and outgoing calls to the US and many other countries, free high speed internet access via WIFI router, and digital television service including CNN International, BBC World and several movie channels, in English. Maid services can be arranged for a separate fee. Please email or call for details.
Location & About US Edificio Praia is located close to Posto 5, directly on Avenida Atlantica between Rua Xavaier da Silveira and Rua Bolivar, the most desirable part of Copacabana, a short walk from Ipanema, Aproador and the best dining and nightlife in Rio. Every weekend an “art walk” of various vendors sets up on the median in front of our building and offers a wonderful selection of art from canvass to sculpture. The apartment is owned and offered to you by the Martinez-Moyer family which has been providing quality vacation rentals in Honolulu, Hawaii for decades as Hale Koolau LLC. Hale Koolau is a member of the Hawaii Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating and rated 'excellent' on TripAdvisor.
