  • CasaTolteca can sleep up to 18 comfortably. CasaTolteca is an estate with 4 separate living suites, each with their own kitchen and sitting area. The Sky Suite is located on the upper terrace and has two bedrooms, two baths with a very large 550 square foot great room. The Ocean Suite is located on the middle terrace and has two bedrooms, two baths and another large 440 square foot great room. The Jungle Suite located on the lower terrace and is an intimate studio. The Casita Studio is also an intimate, private studio and is located on the upper terrace. All suites have ocean views! The entire CasaTolteca complex is over 6,500 square feet of habitable space.

A beautiful vanishing edge pool with a spectacular view of the Pacific shares the middle terrace with the two-bedroom Ocean Suite. Each of the four living suites enjoys a breathtaking ocean view, and has its own garden seating. There is plenty of covered outdoor space for our large oversize hammocks, as well as a gas barbecue.

Guest Comments 'Thank you for the beautiful accommodations at Casa Tolteca. It was breathtaking and perfect in every way. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful, clean, and spacious place to stay, with all the comforts of home. Every morning we were entertained by monkeys, both squirrel and capuchin, out back and around the balconies. We also had a sloth hanging in one of the trees and of course several iguanas on the tree tops--it was fabulous. During our last evening, several toucans swooped by and landed in the tree over the pool. 'Your concierge was wonderful and the maid did a great job. We were greeted by them on Saturday with gorgeous flower arrangements and a huge basket of fresh fruit. The entire villa smelled of fresh flowers. I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in and saw the view out over the lush rain forest and the pacific ocean and how perfect everything was.
