The master bedroom has a full private bathroom with shower stall. There are TVs with DVD players in each bedroom. Some also have a VCR. The living room has a queen size innerspring mattress. Each bedroom has a good supply of pillows to choose from. We supply the bed linens it you like.

Notes:

House recently purchased by us for use as a vacation rental property. Each wall was repainted and we purchased all new furnishings and window treatments. There is a 37-inch plasma TV in the living room as well as a DVD/VCR and a CD player. Each bedroom has a TV with a DVD player, master bedroom has a DVD/VCR combo. There is a good assortment of DVDs and VCR tapes available to use. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, toaster over (big enough to cook a pizza), a large crock pot, and a large assortment of new cookware, colorful dishes and glass and stemware. 8 Beach Tags are available for your use. Why not save on the packing space and take advantage of using our bed linens and/or towels. Ask about this at the time of booking.

We always strive to provide a cozy and clean atmosphere for our vacationing guests and seek to keep our home in tip-top condition. We do have a policy of not renting our beach home to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian.
