This great Gulf Shores Condo is located on the beautiful beach of the Gulf of Mexico in the Southern Sands complex. It is located only 1/4 of a mile from Hwy 59 within walking distance to fun activities and great restaurants. This condo is super low density with only 18 units in the complex. That means no crowded beach, no crowded pool and no crowded parking lot! The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, ice-maker, new stove, blender, etc. Living room has cable TV and DVD player. Each floor has a **free** laundry room for your convenience. Dining room seats six guests. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the sleeper sofa in the living room is also a queen size bed. Master bath has a jetted tub. Beautiful outdoor swimming pool.
