Deposits An initial deposit of $200.00 is due within the first week of booking your reservation (that will hold your space). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment is due if your reservation is made within the 60 day period prior to your arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds will be issued unless we can re-book our condo for the dates in question. No refunds will be given on shortened stays.

Check-In / Check-Out Check-in time is After 2:00 P.M. Check-out time is Before 11:00 A.M.
