On the left are a bedroom with two twin beds and a slider door to the front veranda, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath, and a laundry room. Across the hall is a bedroom with a king-size bed, sliders to the veranda, and a private bath. A hall bathroom has a connecting door to the rear bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and sliders to a balcony overlooking the pool. The master suite is a serene getaway with a canopied king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, slider doors to the second floor porch, and a luxurious bath with glass shower, Jacuzzi tub, double vanities, and ladies dressing table.

The second level of the home has been reserved for an open greatroom and a master suite that take full advantage of the ocean views. The rear area of the greatroom features a spacious kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a walk-in pantry, and circular counter with barstools. The front of the room has a large formal dining area and a tastefully appointed sitting area with a fireplace, an entertainment center, bookcases, and a wet bar. In addition, both of these areas have sliders to the second floor porch where there are more rockers and furnishings for outside dining. A convenient half bath is adjacent to the greatroom, as well.

You will be just as pampered outside of this home with a private swimming pool which can be heated, a small spa pool, a covered bar area, and plenty of outdoor lounging furniture.
