Oak Bluffs condo Rental Property Information
New two bedroom one bath condo located in the heart of Oak Bluffs. Walking distance to everything; ferry, beach, harbor, restaurants, and nightlife.
One of three units in a brand new residential building, this unit is on the garden level. There are two units above it side by side. It has 1000 sq ft of space. I want to make clear that this unit is basically a basement unit. I don’t want to scare anyone away, but I also don’t want anyone to be surprised. It is extremely comfortable; and is in a perfect location. It has plenty of light, three doors to the outside and full windows in every room. Also it is cooler in summertime.
Fully equipped kitchen, all stainless - refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. Unit has a new washer and dryer.
One bedroom has a queen bed; the other has two double beds. Also, there are two single air mattresses and a couch. Could sleep 6 without sharing a bed.
27 inch TV, DVD player and sterero, wireless internet connection.
