Brewster cottage Rental Property Information

This cottage is nestled on a hill surrounded by tall pines above Cape Cod Bay. We have greatly enjoyed this cottage and have recently renovated this classic 1930's cottage and have added all the modern amenities for a wonderful summer experience. Why fight traffic, when you can walk across Main Street to the Natural History Museum (offering summer day camp and other programs), take a nature trail to the beach, or just cross the street to a playground and free band concerts Sunday afternoons in the Drummer Boy Park. Start your day with a morning bike ride down Lower Road to the Brewster Store for coffee and homemade donuts. Give the kids a dollar for penny candy and bring home the morning paper (local, Boston Globe, New York Times). Cliff Pond, a few miles behind the house in the Punkhorn Parkland, is perfect for an afternoon swim, kayak or sail.

Brewster is a quiet bayside town. There are many wonderful beaches, a general store, a clam shack and ice cream stand, a charming bookstore, Nickerson State Park with boating, hiking and bike trails, and lots of fun family activities. The cottage is less than a mile from the beach on a quiet cul de sac off the main Road.
