Enjoy the 'living' area that spans the living room, dining room (w/fireplace) and a cozy sitting area - all on the upper level. This area is full of windows and light with a huge 'L' shaped couch, big screen TV with digital cable, high speed internet service. Enjoy a book, movie from our collection.... lots of room to spread out and get lost in the mountains! Downstairs has a huge rec area with TV and bar, plus a full bath, laundry room and a seperate bedroom suite.

Our vacation home is located in beautiful Chipita Park/Cascade Colorado. It is a hop, skip and jump (7 minutes) from Colorado Springs and 7 minutes from Woodland Park (Brand new Walmart)- perfectly in the middle! You get the best of both worlds, all the fun a city can offer, but a vacation feel, in the mountains, surrounded by big pine trees, wild flowers everywhere, windy roads to explore and quaint restaurants and shops to spend the day at. We know you will love our home as much as we do! After living in this area for 14 years we would be happy to help with planning your vacation...to make it really special!

  • The master suite has it's own bath with a seperate soaking tub, double sinks and a custom shower with a waterfall overhead and 12 body sprays...it is fabulous! It also has beautiful tile and hardwood floors. The main level has another full bath with a stand up shower and then there is a bath on the lower level with a corner shower, sink and toilet.

One nice feature of the this house is that it is completely 'baby' ready with a safety gate at the top of the stairs, a full size crib with linens and a full size Eddie Bauer highchair.

Guest Book Hello, we enjoyed our stay at your home sooooooooo much! The view was beautiful and the mountain air so refreshing. The baby equipment was perfect with the 2 1/2 month old we had with us. It was so baby friendly and our two teenagers loved the hot tub and the huge TV. Thank you and by-the-way, your son is adorable! Marshall / Kansas We thouroughly enjoyed spending our vacation in such a family friendly home and area! The cool weather in the evenings was a welcome change. The master bedroom is AMAZING!
