A new queen bed with island motif decor awaits you in the second BR. Third BR has a new double bed with a personal TV/VHS player and front end connections for kid's computer games. You'll fall in love with our beach house and Amelia Island.

Pull the blinds for total escape, wake to the dolphins swimming just off shore. Hunt for shark's teeth on the beach just outside your door, swim in the beach and build sand castles. There's plenty to do, from playing several great golf courses to deep sea fishing...horse back riding (rent them, ride on the beach)...discover and shop historic downtown Fernandina which offers many fine restaurants, or dine anywhere on the resort island. Take a short drive to St. Augustine or Jacksonville.

Don't mistake the high cost of one hotel room compared to the low investment for one week for this cozy, gracious beach home. No unpredictable noisy roommates next door, no surprises....just a great place you'll want to come back to year after year.

Spacious, comfortable family area overlooking the beach. Fully stocked kitchen including cookware, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, mixer, blender, toaster, etc.! Dishwasher, garbage disposal, two areas for dining....spanish tile covered bar top plus 4 seater dinette set. All linens, towels (except beach towels) , bath cloths included. Three beach chairs plus boogey boards and water noodles are yours for play. Nursery rentals available on the island.

Golf Information: Golf is no more than one mile away. Several to choose from and easy to get to.
