Overview Located on the North East coast of Puerto Rico just 30 minutes from the Airport this villa enjoys close proximity to the beach, while being elevated enough to enjoy ocean breezes and a year round tropical climate of 75-85 degrees F. This Apartment is fully furnished and comes with all modern amenities. Included is air conditioning/ Microwave/ Washer dryer/towels, bed linen, soap and shampoo and many beach accessories. The nearby El Yunque Rain forest National Park offers waterfalls with swimming holes, nature trails and plenty of educational stop offs. Also nearby are the Restaurants of the El Conquistador hotel, Richies Cafe and The Bamboo Lounge. Not to mention the Westin Rio Mar Restaurants on the same 500 acres property as your vacation villa. There is all the amenities at the mall 15 minutes away and the nearby bakeries and souvenir shops.
