Jaco villa Rental Property Information

A spectacular oceanfront home in the quiet south area of Jacó beach. Features a spacious main house and two separate guest houses, all with private bathrooms. There is plenty of outside living space around a large pool and BBQ area, including hammocks and a lit palm-thatched ranch or palapa. This villa has an open floor plan and is fully tiled. Double doors open up wide to allow the fresh ocean breeze to naturally cool the high-ceiling houses. AC units and ceiling fans are found throughout nonetheless. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for 10. Bathrooms have walk-in showers. Its beautiful pool and landscaped gardens with coconut palms invite you to do nothing but relax by them, while listening to the refreshing roar of the ocean. Go ahead and cook in its open-air barbecue with your family and friends. If you want to venture out, the town is only three minutes away. There is ample parking space. Note: this villa only rents to families and couples.

Jaco is a mere 1.5 hours from the international airport and 2 hours from downtown San Jose. The renowned national park and town of Manuel Antonio is only 1.5 hours further south of Jacó. This makes it ideal for day-visits. The world-class Los Suenos Resort, with its marina and 18 hole golf course is only 10 minutes away from Jaco. There's a plethora of things to do in and around Jaco. Below is a list of some of these activities. Surfing, National Parks, Sea Kayaking, Sport fishing, Whitewater rafting, Horseback riding, ATV tours, Mud bike tours, Hang gliding. There are also many restaurant and bar options in Jaco and neighboring Hermosa.
