Luxurious villa in a private beach community with tropical gardens, private pool, and observation deck that looks out onto the 3 1/2 miles of white sandy beach that National Geographic rates 'one of the 10 best beach in the world'. Swim, snorkel or scuba dive in pristine beautiful water with colorful coral reefs among tropical fish, dolphins and starfish. Sample the local cuisine of fresh fish, lobster, conch fritters and johnny cake. Play golf on the 18-hole championship course. Enjoy world class deep sea fishing, boating, sailing, water skiing, and out-island trips. The villa, completely renovated in 2006, includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living and dinning areas and gourmet kitchen. Most people who come to Abaco come to enjoy the beautiful water and all that that has to offer. There are some bigger ticket items as well, like billfish tournaments and yacht regattas. The challenging 18-hole championship golf course at the Treasure Cay Resort is another alternative, as well as the much-acclaimed 3 1/2-mile beach here. Good roads allow you to explore the 100-mile-long mainland by rental car. Along the way, you can see villages with lots of history, photograph island architecture and take a hike in a forest preserve with a population of protected wild parrots.
