This gracious shingle-style house sits securely atop a rocky promontory overlooking picturesque Diamond Cove, in Annisquam. Our house has postcard seascape views from both porches and every room in the house. (4 bedrooms) Our guests enjoy beach privileges and swimming in the Cove (100 ft walk from the porch) and at nearby Squam Rock Beach, a short walk down charming and quiet residential roadways. Within walking and biking distance is Annisquam Village center, settled in 1637. You will spend countless hours overlooking Ipswich Bay from our large west-facing covered porch, enjoying the sunsets over the water. You will love sunny breakfasts on our smaller open east-facing breakfast porch. Parking for 5 vehicles is included.

Annisquam is a village within the City of Gloucester Massachusetts. Our House faces West and looks over Ipswich Bay. There are terrific sunsets over the water from our spacious porch. Every room in the house has a water view!
