This house is located on a quite property in the exclusive Abel's Hill Association. The house has an airy grand room filled with sunlight, perfect for entertaining after a long day at the beach. Relax on the front deck, and enjoy the large front yard. The spacious kitchen, designed by the chef/owner of the property, is perfect for preparing large meals, while guests can look on from the cozy breakfast nook. The den is stocked with antique as well as contemporary literature, Classics, large print Art books, and a special section devoted to the natural history of Martha's Vineyard, and local authors. An LCD, HDTV with DVD provides a wonderful centerpiece for movies and entertainment.

The huge master bedroom has a private sitting area, large 1/2 bathroom, and walk-in closet. The guest bedrooms are spacious with wonderful morning and afternoon light. The master bathroom has an antique claw-foot tub, and walk in shower. There is a large outdoor shower.
