Tropical Good Time- Peace and quiet for all!! owner not responsible for Non working utilities due to problems of such utilities' Credit card is required upon check in for damage deposit.

Rental Rate, Deposit & Refunds A deposit is due to Book the house and secure the reservation. Full Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds less than 60 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days will require a forfeiture of $500.00 of your deposit. By signing the rental agreement, you agree that you have either seen the house or you accept the house in it's condition. Once you arrive at the house, there are no refunds whatsoever. If you do not abide by the rules of the house or neighborhood and there is a problem that requires the authorities to ask you to stop, you may be asked to leave immediately with no refund of rental amount
