The House This property is a rare find in the Berkshires. The original farmhouse was built in 1780 and has been expanded through the years. Recent renovations have included the addition of Central Air conditioning, all new windows, new toilets, all new kitchen appliances and the construction of a large screened porch. It is beautifully furnished with period furniture and accessories and all the amenities (linens, bedding, blankets, couches, dishes, pots, glasses, serving pieces) have been used only this summer.

The Property On the 47 acres, there is a great old barn which has been renovated, a garage and a separate guest house which is under construction now. The woods have wonderful walking paths and the views are spectacular. The surrounding area is ideal for both biking and hiking.
