Fantastic house with large fenced yard, across the street from beach and crossover. Beach just re-nourished and is gorgeous. Two blocks from convenience store, four blocks from Folly pier and center of town. Protected outside shower with hot and cold water. Great ocean views from two decks. Screened porch. Sleeping loft. Spacious kitchen, cable TV, DVD, VCR. Washer and dryer. The house also has wireless internet service. Located at 402 E. Arctic Ave.

The Master Bedroom is on the second floor off the living room and has sliding doors to the oceanside deck. There is a full bath on the second floor just off the living room but separate from the master bedroom. The third floor has 2 double beds and a half bath and also has a deck off the bedroom which faces oceanside. There are spiral stairs going to the 3rd floor. Off the living room are ships stairs (very narrow) going to a carpeted sleeping loft which has a very low ceiling and 2 double mattresses. There is also a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room.
