Yarmouth house Rental Property Information

This spacious 7yr old, 4 bedroom colonial is a short walk to a calming salt water ocean beach in a quiet neighborhood. Our tastefully furnished and decorated home with all the modern conveniences has an open floor plan, connecting the LR, expansive kitchen and DR, which has sliders off to a deck. A den, half bath and W/D are also on the first floor. Two TVs and VCR/DVD are available for in home entertainment. The 4 spacious bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with ceiling fans as well as air conditioning, two full baths, one of which is off the master bedroom. A very private back yard with plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the grassy backyard and deck: chaise lounges, picnic set, gas grill, patio furniture with umbrella for deck and sand chairs for your trips to the beach. Portacrib, highchair. stroller. Property is south of Rte 28, walking distance to warm water Nantucket Sound beach, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, trampolines and Zooquarium.
