Located on the west coast the coastal town of Rincón hosts many entertaining activities such as surfing competitions, marathons, triathlons and music festivals. Rincón's El Faro lighthouse, which is one of the only two observation parks for whale watching in the whole world, offers a stunning view of the ocean. You can take spectacular trips to nearby areas that include rain forests, coffee plantations, the Rio Camuy Cave Park, the wonderful Phosphorescent Bay, Cabo Rojo's salt flats and Arecibo's enormous radio telescope. Our visitors can enjoy golfing just 25 minutes away in Aguadilla and gamble 20 minutes away in Mayagüez. The town of Rincón offers fine dining restaurants, shops and the services our tourists need, including medical services. In spite of its distinctions, Rincón retains a rural charm.

| Notes: | You will enter the Main Villa through a medieval solid 10 ft x 6 ft double entry door onto imported Spanish travertine floor tiles with 10 ft ceilings and custom lighting. All the doors were custom made from Brazilian Hardwood and finished in San Juan in the Old Spanish style. The Living room has 8ft tall sliders that open out to a 10ft. coralina stone deck that faces the pool and ocean. It has a 60 in. Flat screen TV entertainment center with THX surround sound stereo system so you may listen to your favorite sounds inside and outside, along with a wrap around couch and a small dinette. The gourmet kitchen has a 48 in. Jenn-Air 8 burner double oven and a stainless 36” Jenn-air double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and wine cooler. The countertops are made of yellow & blue swirled granite and there is a breakfast/wine bar that will accommodate 5-6 guests on tall stools. All the kitchen cabinets are made from solid Brazilian Cherrywood and finished in an old mission style. |

Guest Villa The Guest Villa is located above the 3 car garage and can be accessed from either the kitchen or bedroom with separate stairways located at either end. Enter the Guest Villa through solid Brazilian hardwood doors onto beautiful beige Travertine floor tiles. The Guest Villa bedroom is located through double Brazilian hardwood doors and has a king bed centered in front of a large ached window. There is a full bath with shower, double above counter glass basins on top of a tropical verde granite countertop and custom made mahogany cabinets. The room has a 20” flat screen TV with DVD, CD. The walk-in closet has custom built mahogany dresser and shelves. You can access the back balcony from another set of 8ft slider doors .The living area of the Guest Villa shares the balcony and has a fullsize futon, additional bath & a 32 in. flat screen TV,CD,DVD surround sound system w/outdoor speakers . The bedroom and living room can be separated or joined together depending upon your needs.
The kitchen in the guest Villa has a large breakfast bar made of yellow swirled granite and has chairs to seat four. The cabinets are custom made mahogany and the appliances are all stainless steel. There’s a 32” Flat screen TV with DVD, CD, surround sound system and a double futon sofa bed. The 3/4 bath has a tiled shower with an above counter glass basin on top of a tropical verde granite counter top with mahogany cabinets. The living room opens up through 8ft slider doors onto a large Ocean facing balcony overlooking the pool area. There is a hot & cold outdoor shower located at the base of the stairs leading up to the living area.
Private Beach access There’s private beach access through a 20 ft rod iron gate which has an outdoor shower area. We can offer beach chairs, tables, and umbrellas along with, beach volleyball, kayaking, diving, (scuba certification can be arranged) and of course there’s the Surf. . Some of the best surf spots on the west coast and in Rincon, are located right in front of the Villas. We are in front of Pistons, with Dogmans and Tres Palmas to the left and Middles, Maria's, The Point and Indicators to the right. It doesn't get any better for water sports in the Caribbean, Deep Sea Fishing and Scuba Diving charters can be arranged for your ultimate pleasures through local operators.. The Grounds of the property consist of a circular driveway with an entrance and an exit that allows you easy access to your vehicles. You can wander through the grounds and explore the exotic gardens. The landscaping was designed to give guests the ability to experience the natural floral of the Enchanted Island of Puerto Rico.
