  • Half the rental fee is due when signing the rental lease. The balance is due 90 Days before arrival, along with a $300.00 cleaning fee. A deposit is required. All deposits will be returned in a timely fashion, if there is no damage. Renters are required to vacate by 10:00 AM on the last day of the lease. Special arrangements regarding, arrival and departure times should be discussed with the owner. Families are encouraged, children are welcomed. However, our home is not baby proof. The Blue Room has twin beds with a nautical theme, perfect for those who love the sea.The Dormitory Room is ideal for children. It is a very large Double Bedroom with four twin beds & plenty of room. The Cozy Pink Fish Back Bedroom is private with it's own Staircase. Enjoy the shade of the large wrap-around porch; or have fun in the Huge Sunny Yard bordered by Pine Trees. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities & new appliances (stainless steel fridge, stove,Washer & Dryer). Entertain in the large dining room, everything for cooking & serving is provided. The family room has a Flat Screen TV, Cable, VCR/DVD & High Speed Internet. There is a Gas Grill by the screened in back porch & garden. All Linens are provided.

Our decor is comfortable & casual. We have all appliances & amenities including: Flat Screen TV & Wireless High Speed Internet. However, we are not a high tech home. If a high tech home is what you are looking for, we are not for you. We are a beach house & our decor is child friendly. The entire interior of our home has been freshly painted & Hardwood floors refinished. We do not allow smoking, pets or large groups. We can not, under any circumstances, accommodate more than 12 people. Families are encouraged, children are welcomed. Our home is not baby proof. Guests with small children should plan accordingly. There is plenty of space for everyone. We offer a discount for monthly and multiple week guests.This enchanting spot will create summer vacation memories which will last a lifetime.
