Dock 50' from cottage, large screened-in porch, deck, and raft for swimming. Two kayaks, canoe sailboat and inflatable boat available. Pet and child friendly with swing set and sand box as well as shorefront and many back roads for walks and bike rides. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher as well as a washing machine. Llinens and towels available on request. Dine outside on deck enjoying the sun or in screened porch hearing the splash of the fish and seeing beautiful lake views. Watch for the blue heron or bald eagles. Grill salmon on gas or charcoal grill. Lounge in chaises by the water and soak up the rays or read. Use the fire pit for smores or hot dpgs, etc.

Theaters, Music, Movies, Shopping, Restaurants Broadway stars join many productions in the local theaters of Triarts in Sharon, CT and The Berkshire Theater Festival in Stockbridge. Enjoy the many talented musicians at Tanglewood, Music Mountain, and Berkshire Choral. There are several movie theaters, some include dinner. Your taste buds will be pleased with the variety great restaurants in the area. Visit the many intriguing antique and gift shops as well as Lee Outlets stores 40 minutes away.

Golf, Tennis, Biking Hiking, Swimming & Nature Play golf on one of eight scenic golf courses only 10 –20 minutes away. Several tennis courts and a squash court are available. Go biking on the various bike trails that includes three states, and scenic roads. The Town beach has a playground, and swimming, canoeing and sailing lessons for children. The Sharon Audubon offers nature walks, bird watching and educational programs for kids

History, Art Galleries, Museums Being one of the oldest towns in Connecticut, visit the Holley Williams house and the Cannon Museum (great for children) to find out Salisbury’s importance in the Revolutionary War. Norman Rockwell Museum, Shaker Museum and Clark Institute are not far away in Mass. Jacob’s Pillow in Stockbridge has various dance companies perform. There are three art galleries in Lakeville as well as others in the area.
