    Cancellation/Refunds:
    If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your planned arrival date:
    We will refund your Reservation Deposit in full.
    If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your planned arrival date:
    We will refund the applicable tax, cleaning fee, and damage deposit but we reserve the right to keep the rental fee. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental fee or a pro-rated share, as appropriate.

The two bedrooms on the main floor are easily accessible to the bathroom on the main floor for any of our quests who don't want to bother with any stairs. The back bedroom in the basement (Bedroom 3) has a closet and room for two Queen beds and a dresser. The bunk bedroom (Bedroom 4) has room for Two sets of Twin-size bunk beds and a dresser.

Free Boat Slip at State Park Marina! The New 200-Slip Marina in the Dale Hollow State Resort Park was completed in the June 2008. We have a 12 Ft. X 24 Ft. Slip available for our guests. It is conveniently located directly across from the Marina Boat Ramp and is one of the closest runabout slips to the walkway. It is available to our guests at no extra charge!!
