Second floor bath also has ocean view. Family bath includes marble vanity, tile floor and tub/shower. In guest cottage, the bathroom is also tiled. Outdoor shower off kitchen is inside a wooden enclosure for privacy, but offers wonderful views of the field and pond.

Master bedroom includes a king size bed, built in drawers and closets and a private modern bath with glass shower stall and twin sinks. Queen bedroom has a fireplace and family bath with tub across the hallway. Off the living room on the second floor is a sleeping area with two twin beds, built in drawers and private modern bath with glass shower stall and twin sinks. The guest cottage includes a queen size sleigh bed. There is also a sleeping loft behind the living room fireplace.
