Dennis Village house Rental Property Information

Lovely Northside residence within walking distance to Scargo Tower and Princess Beach (on Scargo Lake). Located on a quiet street and close to Dennis Village where you can enjoy a local jazz band in the Village Green on Mondays, antique shopping at local stores, or a cool treat at the Ice Cream Smuggler. Dennis Pines Golf Course or Dennis Highlands is also very close for those that are looking to spend some time on the links. The Cape Playhouse is only a stone's throw away and you can enjoy a live performance or visit the Cape Cinema for a movie. The local restaurants are fabulous and very 'family friendly'. Or if a bike ride is in your future, there is a lovely bike path located right off of Rt 134. And the Dennis beaches...what more can I say? They are the best on the Cape! You can choose which of the 27 you'd like to visit. Corporation, Mayflower, Howes, and Cold Storage (among others) are all within a 5-10 minute drive. Relax by the shore and enjoy all the Cape has to offer...

Our property is located in the Mid-cape area so you are in close proximity to Provincetown at the tip of the Cape where you can do some people watching and enjoy the unique shops and live entertainment or the towns of Sagamore or Bourne which have outlet shopping and a lovely bike trail along the Canal where you can enjoy a picnic lunch.

Additional features This is our primary residence which we enjoy during the winter season. It is for this reason that we have furnished our home with comfortable furniture and accessories so that our guests have the chance to enjoy all of the creature comforts of vacationing on the Cape. The pool table/game room is a wonderful addition to the property for those lazy, raining Cape Cod days (hopefully not too many), that you and your family can take full advantage of during your stay. We welcome you to our home and hope that your stay will be an enjoyable one!
