G3 is located 3 miles south of Blackshear directly on the Lakeview Golf Course. To the south you will find Laura Walker State Park with hiking and golf. 20 minutes away is North America's largest swamp the Okefenokee! There are many guided tours, train and boat rides. Outfitters are available with over 120 miles of canoeing alone in this 700 sq mile nature preserve! In the summertime enjoy U-pick Georgia produce at 18 farm stands. Approx 50 miles to the east (about 1 hour) is the Atlantic Ocean with all the romantic Sea Islands of Georgia. Jekyll Island- with a water park and the historic museums of the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts and the creation of the US Mint. Sea Island, St. Simons Island, Cumberland Island -has a ferry with the church JFK Jr was married in. Amelia Island in Florida~more great golf, Tybee Island in southern and quaint Savannah, Georgia. City of Valdosta to the west has Wild Adventures Theme Park & shopping outlets. Metropolitan Jacksonville is 80 miles to the south.

  • Cancellation Policy: A). 30 days prior to the Term Agreement, Rental monies and the Security Deposit paid will be refunded. B). Less than 30 days prior to the Term Agreement, Rental monies and ½, (one half), the Security Deposit will be refunded. C). During the Term Agreement, only ½, (one half), of the remaining Monthly rental monies will be refunded, if over 2 weeks are left of the rental period. No portion of Weekly or Nightly rental monies will be refunded, and no portion of the Security Deposit will be refunded.

A Golf Cart is included on the property, drivers must be 16 years of age. A set of men's and women's golf clubs are included for use as well as 2 golf pull carts if you prefer to walk the course! 1 garage space is included. There is plenty of parking space and 2 separate driveways as well. (2 buildings on the estate are not part of the rental, both located to the back of the property.) A collection of over 30 recent movies are at the estate as well as a bookcase of books for your pleasure.

A hospital (Satillia Regional Medical Center), a shopping mall, and movie theatre is 10 minutes away. The golf course is open year round. There is no snow in this part of the state. Daily winter temps are in the mid 60's, making it a Perfect Winter Snowbird Retreat! Leave the traffic and congested condos behind in Florida. Get away from the crowds, come on down and have a ball golfing this winter on your own Private Estate!!!

Golf Information: This property sits on 2 acres on LakeView Golf and Country Club. It is a semi private course open year round. Their rates are reasonable and a monthly discount option may be available if you play more than 4 times in a month! (Remember a golf cart and clubs are included with this rental too!)

Guest Book Georgia's best kept secret! Our vacation at G3 was nothing less than fabulous. We stayed for a month & golfed 19 times. . If you rent G3 there is a golf cart included in the rental & some right handed clubs. The course itself is full sized, well laid out & maintained. We just went out the garage in the supplied golf cart & commenced our game on the 7th hole adjacent to the Estate paying at the clubhouse on the 9th hole.......what more could you want! Oh yes, there a little old fella who sells like new, used golf balls right next to the course. We also golfed at a magnificent State Park course about 20 minutes away. Blackshear is a small town 5 min. away. Waycross about 15 min. away, with good selection of restaurants & theatre. We also took a drive to Jekyll Island. The price is right, the Estate luxurious yet very homey & relaxing. Owned by a charming couple, its absolutely ideal ,filled with loads of golfing memorabilia.
