Mashpee condo Rental Property Information

This is an ideal location in Maushop Village. It has great ocean views. You will feel at home with every amenity you will possibly need. It is meticulously maintained with comfort in mind. Have coffee on the patio while reading the morning paper and watch the sailboats go by. This is heaven. Also a short walk to the 'Marketplace' for a coffee, mini golf, the Raw Bar, or a few groceries. Shopping at the Mashpee Commons is just minutes away. If you love falling asleep, listening to the ocean waves crashing on the beach, this is the place.

Once you arrive, put your car keys away. The private beach is just outside your door. The Marketplace is a few minutes up the path so you can enjoy live music, mini golf, the famous 'Raw Bar', or some of the best sandwiches to go. The local marina is just up the road if you feel adventurous for a boat rental or fishing trip. Some of the best golf on the Cape is located at the New Seabury C.C. or enjoy tennis on the nearby courts. Other forms of exercise for your enjoyment includes a jogging path, bike rentals, rollerblading and more... Or just sit back on the lounge chair with a good book and listen to the ocean.
