Payments payable by cheque or cash, preferably in Canadian dollars; however, US dollars based on daily foreign exchange rates accepted. If you cancel, and we re-rent the property and do not incur additional expenses, you will receive a full refund of deposit. If we do not re-rent the property, no refund shall be remitted.
