Ground floor so wheelchairs can make it.( but no wheelchair access doors available). Nice fenced outside patio with a barbeque, great for evenings after the beach all day. We have 5 bikes you can use! Drive 10 minutes to the multiplex movie theater, or rent a movie and kick back in comfort. Walking distance to Newport Pier, the Plaza, or tons of great restaurants. Only 25 minutes from both Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, and LA Angles Stadium. 40 minutes from LA Dodger Stadium.
