This private 3 acre beach home boasts a white sandy beach at your doorstep. Relax in comfort on the new patio furnishings on the wrap-around deck overlooking unobstructed views of Prince Edward Island's coast. Comb the beach for shells or take a leisurely stroll down to East Point Lighthouse. The interior has new appliances and quality furnishings for your comfort. The North Lake area is known for its picturesque deep sea fishing (tuna) village, whale watching and beautiful sunrises. Local activities include golfing, antiquing, kayak tours, water skiing and cycling. Don't forget to take in some of the local musical entertainment and festivals. The sandy beach is private- you won't see another house from the beach. It's great for morning seal watching, noon swims and afternoon marshmallow roasting.
