Pine Island is and extraordinary community of luxurious homes, located between Duck and Corolla. The community offers 3 & 1/2 miles of coastline, bordered to the east by the Atlantic Ocean, and to the west by 5,000 acres of National Audubon Society Pine Island Sanctuary. This community is known for its luxuriously large beautiful homes, wide sandy beaches, and gorgeous views. Pine Island is divided into two sections, Pine Island North and Pine Island South, with a mile of oceanfront land in between. There are two community pools to choose from. The oceanfront pool sits between Pine Island North and South and offers plenty of parking for everyone! The second community pool is in the heart of Pine Island North and is very accessible to all guests staying in Pine Island North. Both offer access to the beach, and facilities with restrooms, showers, picnic tables, umbrellas, refreshments, grills, and playground equipment. Tennis courts are available by the Northern oceanside pool.
