| Notes: | In addition to the canoe and kayak, there is a floating trampoline anchored in about 6 feet of water just off the beach in the backyard. There is a 30 ft dock and an offshore mooring for overnight/unattended mooring. The 0.2 acre yard and deck are fully fenced, so you don't have to worry about small children or pets wandering off the property. |
Further Details for the house in Lake Champlain Valley, Vermont, USA
Booking and Payment Upon booking, a copy of the Rental Rules and Regulations will be e-mailed to you. The signed agreement along with a $200 deposit must be received within 7 days to confirm the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure provided there is no damage to the house as specified in the rental agreement. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days prior to arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of rent is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.
Cancellation A sixty day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. If, subsequent to a cancellation, the house is rented for the cancelled dates, the advance payment(s) will be returned minus a $30 processing fee.
Check-In Check-Out Times Check-In time is after 4pm EST and Check-Out time is 11am EST.
