Truro estate Rental Property Information

North Truro bright, sunny, newly built house on a sloping wooded lot. The property consists of two separate buildings – an 1,800 square foot three bedroom house (with central air conditioning) and a 800 square foot cottage. In the house each bedroom has a king sized bed and a private bathroom - the master bedroom also has a private deck. The living space of the house has an open floor plan in which double sliding glass doors open up to a large screened porch to make the space larger. The cottage has an upper level with a small work in kitchen (stove & refrigerator) and a wraparound deck and a bedroom on the level below. Each building has cable and a sound system (along with a DVD/CD player), an outdoor shower and an outdoor gas grill. The main house has a dishwasher, Internet access and a clothes washer and dryer in the basement. The main house has a dining room table that seats 8+, with a kitchen bar that seats an additional 6+, with an additional table in the screened porch.

If you are looking for a rental in Truro more than likely you don't need to be told, but...this area features many opportunities to take advantage of the natural beauty of Truro and Provincetown, whether you chose to go to the beach and the ocean or the walking and biking trails through the National Seashore. The restaurants and nightlife of Provincetown is also a draw, but if you would like something quieter the gourmet kitchen of the house provides you with a viable alternative for dining.
